Join us with our next 10th edition league: Incursion! This league will start Monday September 29th and end October 26th.
A casual event, these leagues involve one match played each week for four weeks. Top half of standings wins $15 store credit, bottom half wins a 12mL pot of paint. Make sure to sign up in store by March 31st to be included for our first round of pairings!
Format: 40K Chapter Approved 2025-26 Matched Play League, 1-week rounds for 4 rounds of Swiss matches
Army Requirements: See Below
Duration: 4 rounds, pairings announced the Monday of the week.
Game Day: Sundays, re-scheduling permitted within each round's time-slot.
Entry Fee: $20- $10 from the event will form the prize pool and the remainder will go towards table maintenance and improvement. (First time playing in the league this year? Get a $5 discount!)
Prizes: Top half of standings will win $15 store credit and bragging rights, bottom half win a 12mL paint pot.
**Army & Model Requirements**
1 - Players are expected to have all necessary rulebooks to play their army, which usually requires a set of the Core Rules and a codex at minimum, along with any relevant errata/FAQ documents.
2 - Armies must be Battle-Forged. Miniatures used must be majority Games Workshop parts, but kitbashing and conversions are welcomed.
3 - There is no painting requirement (note, for scoring both players get 10 points each round as we do not require it).
4 - Incursion - Armies will be built at 1,000 points or less, using the Core Rules. Armies must remain static for the whole league.
**Additional Info**
Pairings and mission will be announced on each Monday at the beginning of the round. Report matches to the front counter or message the store page.
Games may be played earlier in the round before a designated game day, but games cannot be made up that do not occur during their round.
If one player is able to show up to their game and the other isn't, the present player wins.
Standings will be determined according to the Chapter Approved Tournament Companion Rules, described below:
1st, by record (W/L/D). 2nd, by Opponent Win Record. 3rd, by total VP earned across the league.
Likewise, pairings will be determing according to the Chapter Approved Tournament Companion Rules, described below:
1st, by record (W/L/D), 2nd, by win path, and 3rd, through randomization.
Wins from opponent's not attending their match will grant 60 points to the winner and 0 to the loser.
