Join us at Galiana’s for an intimate three-course mezcal dinner featuring curated pairings from 400 Conejos. This one-night-only experience highlights modern Mexican cuisine, bold flavors, and thoughtfully crafted cocktails designed to complement each course.
The evening begins with a welcome cocktail, setting the tone for a guided dining experience that explores the versatility of mezcal across multiple expressions. Each course is paired with a custom cocktail showcasing 400 Conejos Joven, Reposado, and Añejo.
