40hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training
Led by Dani Tarini
This 40-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers who want to deepen their understanding of traditional Yin Yoga in a way that is accessible, grounded, and nervous-system aware.
This training offers a clear, digestible foundation in Yin Yoga philosophy, functional anatomy, and trauma-informed teaching, while honouring individual bodies, lived experience, and choice. It is especially supportive for newer teachers or those eager to build confidence in teaching Yin safely and skillfully.
While the training takes place in the spring season, Yin Yoga will be explored as a cyclical practice, adaptable across seasons, bodies, and stages of life.
*Eligible for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education hours.

What You’ll Learn
*Foundations and principles of traditional Yin Yoga
*Yin vs Yang tissues and how time, load, and stillness affect the body
*Functional anatomy and fascia basics, with emphasis on skeletal variation
*Posture clinics with variations, prop use, and contraindications
*Nervous system literacy and trauma-informed teaching approaches
*Clear distinctions between Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra
