This 4 week series is designed to help participants understand their nervous system, improve their breathing habits, and develop tools to regulate stress and build resilience. Each week builds progressively, moving from foundational awareness to deeper transformational work.Monday's April 13th, 14th, May 4th, 11th ($120 4 week series)
6:30pm to 7:30pm (8min walk from Newtown Station)
Weeks 1–3: 1hr Nervous System Education + Gentle Breathwork classes
Nervous system regulation and breathing, learn how stress, fatigue, emotions, and past experiences live in the body and more
30-minute guided breathwork session to calm the nervous system and restore balance
Learn practical tools you can use in every day life
Week 4: 1hr Transformational Breathwork Experience
This is where the real shift happens. Through a deeper, connected breathwork journey, you’ll have the opportunity to safely release what your body has been holding onto—stress, emotional blocks, and old patterns—leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
