This 4 week course is a great way to spend time focussing on your swim technique after the summer.The dates will be 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th May , at the Oratory Prep School Swimming pool
If you feel like you put in way more effort in swimming for the speed you're travelling, you find you can't catch your breath, or you feel something about your stroke isn't quite right -we're here to help.
Our swimming teachers will review and tweak aspects of stroke including:
Head position
Body position
rotation and breathing position
catch and arm pull effectiveness
Kick power and timing

minimum requirements - to be able to swim 25m a whole length ) front crawl, taking breaths and comfortable floating with your feet off the floor in the deep end.
The focus is on creating good habits and taking time to work on each aspect of the stroke rather than lots of distance; and it is a great way to set yourself up for a summer of swimming.
