Although created as a series, each meditation is powerful as a stand alone experience.Journeying through the 4 steps allows participants to gain insight as to what could be causing their feelings of stuckness or discontent in their lives, heal root causes, free themselves from the past and take steps to creating a life of peace, joy, love and abundance.

October 15, 2025 - A Journey to Meet your Higher Self
Join Angel as she takes you on a journey to meet and connect with your Higher Self. The Higher Self is the part of us that holds the answers to life's biggest questions. This meditation gives participants the opportunity to connect with their higher selves and ask the burning questions they have about their lives. Past participants have gained clarity about past situations, circumstances, relationships and events and have gone on to use the information found in this meditation to move forward in their healing journey.
November 19, 2025 - Acceptance and Forgiveness - Before we can move forward on our healing journey, we must accept and forgive. This meditation guides participants to a space where we practice acceptance and forgiveness. Guilt, shame, blame and resentment keep us tied to the past, making it impossible to truly move forward on our healing journey. Participants are given the opportunity to forgive others, events, circumstances and themselves to allow for the possibility of moving forward.
December 17, 2025 - Releasing Attachments and Cutting Cords - In this meditation Angel guides participants through releasing the attachments and cords that are keeping them tied to the past. Attachments to past relationships, events, circumstances and personal identities that no longer serve and are blocking forward movement on their healing journey will be released.
January 14, 2026 - Moving Forward Candle Meditation - This meditation uses the power of the flame as participants are guided through manifesting the life they desire. In this meditation participants are guided to the quantum field, a space of infinite possibilities, where they can manifest the life that they desire.
