[4-sessions] Basic Buddhism Course (Dharma and Cultivation) Module Three

Following the wonderful response to Modules One and Two, we are delighted to present Module Three, designed to take your Dharma journey even further.

Unlike traditional Dharma classes that focus mainly on theory, this course emphasises practical tools to cultivate mindfulness, clarity, and personal growth in daily life.

Guided by our Dharma Advisor (Venerable), participants will explore essential Buddhist teachings and learn how to apply them effectively at work, in relationships and for overall well-being.

To support a more reflective and interactive learning experience, each intake is kept to a small group. This enables more meaningful exchanges and ensures that each participant receives personalised guidance throughout the course.
