This festive season, learn the art of making your own bak kwa (Chinese barbecued meat) - smoky, sweet, and irresistible.
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore tradition and creativity through three variations: the classic pork bak kwa, a fiery chilli-spiced bak kwa, and a luxurious truffle bak kwa coin.
Students will master the techniques of mixing, shaping, drying, and grilling to achieve that signature glossy char, all without special equipment.

- Shaping & Presentation → from large traditional squares to festive coin-shaped bak kwa.
