4 hr Sound and Song Journey
Have you ever been to a sound bath that ended too soon for you? Just when you were in the middle of your visionary journey or you were experiencing a super blissful state, it was suddenly over?
The 4 hr Sound and Song Journey with Eric Olson and Eostar Kamala is an opportunity for people to deep-dive into an embodied meditative trance in a safe and well-held intentional container. We designed this 4 hr journey for you to allow you to deepen into your meditation with the help of a 2 hr-long sound bath, followed by a song circle.
Experience transpersonal states of consciousness, pure bliss, cessation of mind chatter, accessing a full spectrum of emotions as you immerse yourself in Eostar and Eric’s Sound Bath. Journeying on the wings of sound healing instruments and the power of your own breath, you will re-establish harmonic energy patterns within.
This long meditation will be followed by a singing circle, bringing everyone together as family through moments of connected bliss. Singing together we synchronize our breath, we make eye-contact and acknowledge each other as fellow journeyers. A short integration circle at the end will allow participants to hold space for each other as they express through words that which is beyond the understanding of the mind.
Having come full circle we will then close the ceremony.
Eric Olson
Eric channels healing through sound and hypnosis. He is a certified hypnotist, a certified yoga teacher, breathworker and multi-instrumentalist musician. Music and sound have provided him with a pathway of communication between his soul and the Divine. Eric has traveled the world, collecting and learning to play many instruments. Eostar Kamala

Journeying on the wings of sound healing instruments and the power of our own breath, we are re-establishing harmonic energy patterns within. Release, cleanse, re-align body, mind, soul and spirit, using these ancient tools.
Eostar’s sound journeys are meditations guided by the sound of various instruments, with varying frequencies and vibrations…most of which are rich in overtones that resonate deeply in one’s body and auric field. These overtones can lead one into a state of total relaxation in which healing and connection to a higher consciousness usually happens spontaneously.
Eostar has played sacred acoustic music and sound healing music to audiences along the West Coast and South America for more than two decades as a devotional musician and as sound healer. She creates sound-scapes using didgeridoo, tank-drums, kalimbas, drums, monochord, crystal bowls, chimes, Tibetan bowls, guitar, Gong and throat-singing.
Eostar is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and breathwork teacher as well and she loves weaving these tools together with the sound bath experience she orchestrates.
