Dance Theme : Dance Through The Decades! Kindly funded by Lingen Davies Cancer Support, I Can Dance classes offer you the chance to access a fun, friendly and uplifting dance experience.
The sessions are light-hearted and relaxed, and you will find the choreography easy to pick up and a joy to dance 😊 They are open to complete beginners and those with some dance experience - all levels of dancer are welcome here.
While the classes aim to increase activeness expect a moderate pace of exercise - this means that your heart will beat a little faster as well as shine a little brighter!
Classes are open to anyone with a cancer diagnosis, whatever stage of your journey. As with any new exercise programme, please ensure that you have consulted with your medical professional if you are unsure about whether you are well enough to participate.

Theme: Dance through the Decades! You will learn iconic moves and dances from the 60's , 70;s 80's , 90' and 00's -all to classic tunes from each decade ! Following our pre-summer classes our theme continues and from October we will be beginning with the 90's decade !
