Join Barre3 Dundee for Barre3 Signature - a full-body workout that combines strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness into one empowering class experience.
Your instructor Bianca will guide you through heart-revving large-range moves, muscle-building isometric holds, and grounding guided breathwork, giving you layers and modifications every step of the way to help you find success during this 45 minute, total body workout.
About Bianca
Bianca has been a fitness instructor for six years, bringing an uplifting blend of high-energy music, self-love practices, and intentional movement to every class. Her teaching style emphasizes proper form, adaptability, and creating a welcoming space where every body can feel strong and supported.
Outside the studio, Bianca is also a signed model with Develop Model Management and a proud cat mom to her three-year-old orange tabby, Banderita.
She has been part of the Barre3 Dundee community (formerly Barre Code) since 2021 and is certified in Barre3 Signature and Barre3 Mindful Flow. You can catch her in-studio classes every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM at Barre3 Dundee (4626 Dodge St, Omaha, NE 68132).
