The class will be led by Master Gardener Larry Stewart, a Certified Lawn Care Professional who heads MGHC's Residential Lawn Team. His presentation will include: the different types of turfgrasses; how to choose the one that suits particular soil and water conditions; various ways of planting and establishing a sustainable lawn; as well as how to manage annoying weeds, pests and diseases.
