About this Event
Built on the 100 Who Care giving circle model, 100 Businesses That Care – Greater Phoenix was created to bring together business professionals from around Phoenix and provide them with an uncomplicated, yet impactful way of giving back in the local community.
Our goal is to collectively give $25,000 to a local Arizona charity each quarter.
How do we reach that goal?
- We meet 4 times a year for just 1 hour to connect, learn about 3 local charities, and have fun!
- By joining as a member, you have the ability to nominate a local charity. (Not a member? That's okay, we'd love to have you join us to learn more!)
- Once approved, 3 charities are pulled from the pool of nominated charities to be presented by the nominated member. We learn about their role in our Phoenix community and members vote for the charity we'll support with our giving circle's collective donation that quarter.
- At the end of the 1 hour giving circle, each member donates $250 to the chosen charity.
- Together we raise up to $25,000 for a local charity in just one hour!
In-person space is limited or you can join us virtually, just select your corresponding ticket choice below.
Guests are welcome! Watch the process and experience for yourself what a giving circle is all about.
Rest assured, we are following state health and safety guidelines in the MAC6 Entrepreneurial Center, should you decide to join us in-person.

More About Our Co-Founders
Jacqueline Destremps first learned about the giving circle concept in 2014 and helped launch 100+ Women Who Care Valley of the Sun. This local giving circle manages 3 groups in Scottsdale, Ahwatukee and the East Valley and since it's inception has raised over $800,000 for local Arizona charities! Jacqueline is a community connector and marketing strategist with her business, Another Hand Advantage, and podcast, 3CAmplified, and also sits on the steering committee for 100 Who Care Alliance.
Karen Nowicki
Sharing resources and making meaningful connections are among the gold threads that run through Karen Nowicki's life and business. As the CEO/Owner of Phoenix Business RadioX and Axiom Coaching, Karen seeks out every opportunity to strengthen the bond among Arizona stakeholders: our residents, community groups, developers, government, business owners, educators and neighborhoods. Nothing speaks more to this than an ongoing philanthropic experience with like-minded professionals. She joined 100+ Women Who Care Valley of the Sun and fell in love with the simple concept of giving circles and jumped at the chance to create that same space for Valley business owners through 100 BTC.
Mary Hall is a prior company co-founder with experience growing a company from 5 family members to 500 employees. Mary led her company’s culture efforts, which resulted in four Best Place to Work awards, three BBB Ethics Awards and two Presidential Points of Light Awards for Volunteerism. Mary now brings her experience to the business community as a Workplace Culture Consultant and as a CEO Mastermind Group facilitator. While being a member of 100+ Women Who Care Valley of the Sun, Mary learned about how impactful Giving Circles are in a community and wanted to bring the model to the business community and was fortunate to find two kindred spirits in Jacqueline and Karen.
