We have ensured that every student from the curious Class 1 learner to the advanced University goers finds a place to shine. Whether you are from a General School/College or a Madrasha, our gates are open for you. From traditional arts and deep academic research to modern creativity and high-energy quizzes, there is a segment tailored for every age and every interest. No matter your grade or your institution, if you have the passion, we have the platform!

Carrying the inspiring call of this year’s tagline “Hayya Alal Falah” (Come towards Success), the festival invites you to step forward in pursuit of excellence rooted in faith, knowledge, and character.

QURAN RECITATION

"Recite the Quran properly in a measured way" — Surah Muzzammil, Ayat 4

This event is designed to showcase the mesmerizing recitation of the Holy Quran by students. Participants will demonstrate their proficiency in reciting verses from the Holy Quran with proper Tajweed and melodious recitation styles.

– There will be two rounds in this segment:
1. Online Submission Round (will be taken through our Facebook Submission group or Whatsapp Number)
2. Final round (on live at our College Campus during the festival days)

– Groups:
Primary: Class 1-5 (combined for both Male & Female participants)
Junior: Class 6-8 (Separate Categories for Male and Female)
Senior: Clsss 9-12, including HSC 26, Alim, and equivalent (Separate Categories for Male and Female)

– Specific criteria related to Surah, Time limit and Ayat number limit would be announced soon

NASHEED COMPETITION
Ring in the environment of the Hada chants!

At the 'Nasheed' event, participants recite religious poems and hymns praising Allah (Hamd) and the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) (Naat). Here, participants express their devotion and love for Islam through redolent recitations, fostering a spiritual atmosphere and a sense of community among attendees. The event aims to celebrate Islamic culture and promote the appreciation of devotional poetry.

– There will be two rounds in this segment:
1. Online Submission Round (will be taken through our Facebook Submission group or Whatsapp Number)
2. Final round (on live at our College Campus during the festival days)

– Groups:
Junior: Class 3-6 (combined for both Male & Female participants)
Senior: Class 7-12 including HSC 26, Alim, and equivalent (Separate Categories for Male and Female)
– Only Bangla, English or Arabic Nasheed can be presented
– Usage of any kind of musical instruments is prohibited.

AZAAN COMPETITION
"O Bilal, call iqamah for prayer: give us comfort by it." – Sunan Abi Dawud: 4985

The Azaan Competition is a unique event where participants exhibit their proficiency in reciting the call to prayer. In this segment, participants demonstrate their mastery of the melodious and rhythmic recitation of the Azaan, reflecting the spiritual significance and beauty of this Islamic tradition.

– There will be two rounds in this segment:
1. Online Submission Round (will be taken through our Facebook Submission group)
2. Final round (on live at our College Campus during the festival days)

– Groups:
Junior: Class 3-6
Senior: Class 7-12 including HSC 26, Alim, and equivalent
– This segment is exclusively for Male participants

POEM PRESENTATION
Poetry has always been an inseparable part of Islamic culture. It ranges from soul-stirring ones that draw hearts closer to Allah, to powerful Bangladeshi verses that once awakened a nation with revolutionary fire.
Step onto the stage of Poem Presentation, where your oratory, expression and presentation skills will make the difference!

– Groups:
Junior: Class 3-6
Senior: Class 7-12 including HSC 26, Alim & equivalent
– Specific poems for the separate groups will be selected and announced soon.

ARABIC CALLIGRAPHY
“Calligraphy is the ornament of the Qur’an.” – Seyyid Kasim Gubari

The Arabic Calligraphy Exhibition is a display of artistic talent and cultural appreciation, where participants display their skills in the intricate art of calligraphy. Held in a designated venue, attendees have the opportunity to adorn various traditional to modern styles and interpretations of calligraphy, ranging from the Quran ayats to Hadiths. The exhibition aims to celebrate the beauty and cultural significance of calligraphy, impelling a deeper understanding and appreciation of this revered art among spectators.

– Groups:
1. Junior: Class 1-5
2. Senior: Class 6-12
3. University

– Participants have to submit their artworks in online first. Selected artworks will be announced later and those will be exhibited at our College Exhibition Room during the Festival days
– For group A, artworks would be taken through both Art paper and Canvas. However for Group B & C, only Canvas will be allowed.
– Size criterias for Canvas participation:

Minimum size: 12 inch × 12 inch
Maximum size: 36 inch x 36 inch

– For each selected artworks, participants have to pay a fee of 300 BDT

TYPOGRAPHY COMPETITION
Attend the battle of curves!

Expressing a meaning through the colors of scripture implies the expertise of an author. But typography adds another dimension to the view. Come up with your favorite ayats, hadith, quotes or denotions in any of Bangla or English and showcase how intense you are in the taste of carving letters!

– This segment is open for all
– Participants have to submit their submissions in online first. Selected submissions will be announced later and those will be framed and exhibited at our College Exhibition Room during the Festival days
– Both traditional and digital form of Typography is allowed
– Size criterias for submission:
Minimum size: 12 inch × 12 inch
Maximum size: 18 inch x 18 inch

– For each selected artworks, participants have to pay a fee of 300 BDT

WALL MAGAZINE
Let the canvas speak for you!

Welcome to the game of textures in the form of artistry! This is the ideal place for participants to take shelter to the very bests of their taste of arrangement and decorative fashions that reflect Islamic sagacious interpretations. The more thoughtful your theme, refined your craftsmanship, and profound your expression, the closer you move toward triumph.

– This segment is open for all
– This is a team based event where the maximum number of participants per team can be 3 students

SCRAPBOOK
Unleash your strengths in handicrafts with a mix of creativity at the scrapbook competition. Make a diverse set of your presentations converge with the excellent of curves and surprises. It is an undeniable opportunity for attendees with craftmanship with both hands and heads, accumulating the best of both worlds. The more thoughtful your theme, refined your craftsmanship, and profound your expression, the closer you move toward triumph.

– This segment is open for all
– The eligible number of participants for a single Scrapbook can be between 1-3 students


ISLAMIC POSTER DESIGNING
This event emphasizes on the participants' creativity regarding the reflections of Islamic heritage, history and culture embedded into the compactness of a single page, a poster that represents the intellect and wizardry of the participants with eye-pleasing exposure.

– This segment is open for all
– All submissions must be in JPEG or PNG format and A4 in size
– Participants have to submit their artworks in online first. Selected artworks will be announced later and those will be exhibited at our College Exhibition Room during the Festival days
– For each selected artworks, participants have to pay a fee of 300 BDT

EXTEMPORE SPEECH (BANGLA)
Exclaim with precision at the extempore speech competition. Here, your confidence bound with ready wit will be put into the test. A topic from anywhere around the history, ethics or cultures described in Islam and related contemporary issues, will be set before you at random. At the due venue, you will get a short yet sufficient amount of time to prepare for and get an opportunity to exhibit words that mesmerize all!

– Groups:
A: Class 6-8
B: Class 9-12 (including HSC 26, Alim, and equivalent)

– Participants have to Pre-register for participating in this event (Registration link will be revealed soon)
– To ensure a prompt start, all participants have to be present at the venue before scheduled time

ARABIC HANDWRITING
“Handwriting is the scale of the intellect.” —Ibn al-Bawwab

At this event, you will be provided with a slide that already has an Arabic script typed on. Your task here is to rewrite that script on your page. But you are to face the competition of beauty and precision at the same time! So, have your fingers trained well and show up at the Arabic Hand Writing Competition!

HISTORY BASED WRITING
Show your skills on Islamic history writing. You will get a clue from Islamic heritage, civilizations, cultures or revolutions. In order to understand the clue and write a prose, whatever resides in your brain cells is going to be useful in competing for the prize!

CONCEPTUAL STORY WRITING
Most of history and the lessons it teaches are boring due to the lack of ornaments and metaphors. But you can make a difference in this event. We give two lines, you give a universe. Imagination is your only limit. Craft your tale. Wield your wit. Leave them stunned.

TAFSIR WRITING
The Holy Qur'an is nothing like ten other books. Interpretations are a must to capture it. In this event, you will be handed with a certain syllabus. The better your preparation, detail and expression of your writing, the better are your chances of winning exclusive prizes!

Senior: Class 9-12 (including HSC 26, Alim, and equivalent)
– Participants will be given a Surah, Ayat or topic of Al Quran and they have to describe it including its background and teachings

HADITH INTERPRETATION
"Indeed, I have left among you two things, you will never go astray as long as you hold fast to them: the Book of Allah and my Sunnah." — Al-Muwatta

Every Hadith is a treasure trove of wisdom, but to truly understand it, one must look beyond just the words. This segment challenges participants to dive deep into the science of Hadith. It’s not just about the lesson; it’s about the journey of the narration.

In this segment, participants are expected to analyze a given Hadith based on:

The Narrator (Rabi): A brief insight into the life and character of the person who narrated the Hadith.

Authentication (Sihhat): Identifying the grade of the Hadith (Sahih, Hasan, etc.) and its acceptance among the Ummah.

Context (Asbab al-Wurud): The background or specific event that led to the Prophet's (ﷺ) statement or action.

Core Teachings: Extracting practical lessons and moral values for our daily lives.

July is no longer a mere name of a month. It is now a part of the country's tragic memory. Alongside, it is a testament to what role unity can play in revolution. In this segment, you will have the freedom to write any kind of scripture in remembrance of July 2024. Expression, detail, word choice; all of them will be significant in your chance of winning special prizes!

– There'll be two rounds
First Round: Written
Final Round: Buzzer

– Each team can be consisted of 2-3 students
– No Institutional or class barrier. But students of a team must be from the same group
– Male & Female students can't participate in a team together irrespective of their relation
– Questions will be made from any field related to Islam

MEGA QUIZ
Mega quiz is an interactive event where the host presents a series of questions to participants on various dimensions of Islam, including history, civilizations, cultures, literatures and contemporary issues. Participants will engage in a dynamic exchange of knowledge, showcasing their understanding of Islamic knowledge and traditions while fostering a sense of community and learning.

– This is a special event which will be open for all, held on our College Auditorium where host will have a engaging and interactive quiz show
– There will be only one round of this quiz segment
– This is a paid team event
– No Institutional or class barried. However, Male & Female students can't participate in a team together irrespective of their relation
– Questions will be made from any field related to Islam and contemporary issues
– Each team can consist of 3-5 members

From the majestic mosques to the historic forts, we journey through Bengal’s rich Muslim heritage and observe spectacles that have shaped generations. Your test is to figure out the name of the place. So, appear with confidence and compete for exciting prizes!

TURN THE COAT
Debates are enjoyable as two teams oppose each other. But what if the two teams are the same person? This event will challenge your depth of understanding as you will be given a single topic related to Islam and speak both the sides of the coin subsequently.

The sense of absurd bias comes from knowing only one side of the coin. Let yourself be trained on the both and enrich your diction of the world!

– Participants will be assigned a topic related to Islam, and any contemporary or historical issue, on spot and have 4 minutes to present their arguments
– The first 2 minutes, they have to focus on supporting the topic, while the next 2 minutes will involve constructive counterarguments
– Participants have to Pre-register for participating in this event (Registration link will be revealed soon)
– To ensure a prompt start, all participants have to be present at the venue before scheduled time

CROSSWORD CHALLENGE
Intricacy meets perplexion this event. It is an absolute labyrinth of blank squares bridged between columns and rows with only one common clue: the words are all linked to Islam! It is your turn either to get puzzled, or tide over the complexity to harness exclusive prizes!
