This event was inspired by unused, shelf-stable items from previous East Point Meat Raffles that were still in great condition—things like sealed bottles of alcohol, Sam’s Club-sized snack boxes, or jerseys. We thought it would be fun to give these items a festive twist by wrapping them up for a holiday-themed raffle!
📦 What to Bring:
We’re looking for unused, unopened, safe items of decent value, such as:
Sealed bottles of alcohol.
Sam’s Club or Costco-sized snack boxes.
Jerseys or other cool, usable items.
If you’d like to bring something unique, you’re welcome to try! That’s why we’ll have a vetting station set up. We’ll check every item to make sure it’s unopened, safe, within expiration dates, and appropriate for the raffle before wrapping it and adding it to the prize table.
🔍 How It Works:
Bring your items to the bar starting 90 minutes before the 1 PM meat raffle.
After vetting, items will be wrapped and placed alongside our usual high-quality meats and cheeses from trusted suppliers.
🎟️ How to Participate:
For every item you bring, you’ll receive a coupon for a free paddle (your ticket into the raffle).
When you win, you can choose between a delicious meat/cheese prize or take a chance on one of the wrapped mystery gifts!
This event is all about adding a festive, holiday twist to the classic East Point Meat Raffle while ensuring the prize table is filled with exciting and worthwhile options.
