It is that time of year again!Meet up by the firehouse by the square (corner of Hunt and Chestnut)
We will ruck about 5 miles with 3 stops for a few rounds of PT.
Bring canned food for donations to the McKinney Community Food Pantry. For every 5 cans donated 1 rep of movements are reduced. So 50 cans will remove all PT.
Caveat is we will be carrying the canned goods for the ruck, so be smart and plan accordingly.
