3rd Annual Flow for Pride: Yoga for a Cause

This special event will focus on empowerment, self-care and self-love, where we will breathe, flow and unite as one commUNITY in support of our LGBTQIA community. Proceeds will benefit a local LGBTQIA organization: GLSEN.

YOGA CLASS + SOUND MEDITATION @ 10AM...

We will kick off the morning with an all levels yoga class that will end with a harmonic sound bath focused on empowerment and self-love. All ability levels, ages, and humans are welcome no matter your experience with yoga. Let’s paint the morning full of colors! Colorful and rainbow pride attire encouraged!

· $50 – 10 Raffle Tickets + Pride Headband + $10 Studio Event Credit

AFTER PARTY @ 11:30AM...

After class we will be continuing the celebration. Whether you’re able to make it to class or not, we invite everyone to join us from 11:30am - 12:30pm. During the after party everyone will have a chance to purchase additional raffle tickets, connect with the community, enjoy some Sunday FUNday and celebrate Pride! Silent auction and raffle winners will be announced at 12:30pm.
