The Career & Leadership Conference (CLC) is a full-day, in-person professional and personal development event designed for young adults ages 18–35 who want to grow their leadership skills, gain career clarity, and build meaningful connections.

The conference will take place on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 8:30 AM–6:30 PM at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).

CLC brings together students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals for a day of hands-on learning, career exploration, and networking in a supportive and engaging environment.

Throughout the day, participants will experience:

• Hands-on workshops focused on values, vision, and direction
• Interactive breakout sessions on leadership, career growth, and real-world skills
• Career Exploration Stations where attendees can connect with professionals from fields such as business, healthcare, tech, law, sustainability, and more
• Practical networking training and a closing networking social with professionals from multiple industries
• Opportunities to build connections with peers and mentors

Sessions cover topics such as career planning, work-life balance, interview skills, leadership without a title, and emerging workplace skills like AI and technology.
