Come join us at Sixth Floor Loft for an epic event brought to you by Adorama and Sony! Get ready for an evening filled with hands-on experiences, exclusive product demos, and expert tips from Sony talent. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, this event is perfect for anyone looking to up their photography and videography game. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to mingle with like-minded creatives and immerse yourself in the world of Sony technology. See you there!


How the event will work
  • Open photographing
  • Come borrow Sony gear – get your shots, then show them off!

Entry is limited to a 200 person capacity at a time - entrance to Sixth Floor Loft will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. We ask you get your shots, return you gear and let others enter to get theirs.

Schedule:

5:00PM-9:00 PM (doors open at 4:15PM for check-in)



What to expect

👉 Sets with models, a SFX character, dancers and a live band!

👉 Leave your gear home - Sony cameras and lenses available on loan at the event +1 SD card per person compliments of Sandisk. Please Note: Limited quantities– SD cards, cameras and lenses are based on first come first serve.

👉 Expert tips and techniques for photographing cityscapes, portraits, action and more.

👉 Sony deals only avilable at this event, Trade-In Trade- Up, plus Adorama personal shoppers on-site to help you with your purchase.

👉 Networking opportunities with fellow photographers.

👉 New photos to show off!

👉 Rafflles – don't worry about carrying prizes home. All winners will ne notified 24 hours after the event and prizes will be shipped.



What to bring

If you would like to borrow gear from Sony to use during the event, you must bring these two items:

  1. a valid US ID.
  2. a valid credit card.

All IDs and credit cards will be kept in a secure location under constant supervision from a Sony employee and will be returned to you when you return your gear.


What NOT to bring

Please do not bring large bags or tripods.

Meet Sony Atrisan, Kesha Lambert


Kesha Lambert is an international wedding and portrait photographer based in NY. A Sony Artisan of Imagery and speaker, Kesha has had the honor of personally photographing hundreds of weddings to date for couples from all over the globe. Kesha enjoys sharing information with her peers and aims to be a resource to fellow photographers in the areas of business, creative process and personal development.

Meet Sony Alpha Ambassador, Erick Hercules


Erick Urgiles "Hercules" is a creative force trusted by the world’s most iconic brands to lead storytelling that transcends trends and reshapes culture. Known for his real-life levitation imagery, he has pioneered viral visual techniques that have been highlighted in global campaigns for the likes of Nike, Red Bull, Converse, Puma, & Diesel, with his work also spanning Hollywood films, Netflix documentaries, billboards, and even a museum auction at the Guggenheim.


As a Sony Alpha Ambassador, Educator, and Creative Director, he has advised a large roster of clients ranging from Professional Athletes, Tech Startups, to Fortune-500 companies on how to merge creativity with brand and culture.


Beyond photography and creative direction, Erick has led advocacy efforts and consulted on community-forward initiatives with NGOs at the United Nations and the White House. In his spare time, he has spearheaded multiple communities, including the famed #Welevitate community, and Tienda, focused on bringing New York’s entrepreneurs, thinkers, and creatives together over in-person activations such as cinema clubs, dinner series, & galleries
