Join us for a series of engaging workshops that will facilitate dialogue and interactive activities around mental health, friendships, relationships, peer pressure, and other relevant topics. Connect with like-minded individuals, share space with peer and community facilitators, and leave feeling empowered. Info: Have you thought about getting yourself or child into therapy, but didn't know where to start? Attend our vendor fair to connect with Mental Health Therapists, community organizations, and businesses that support teen girls and the whole family.

Info: The parent panel will provide an opportunity to normalize the experience of raising middle school aged girls; while also giving ways to connect and support them. Panelists will range from Therapists, School Counselors, Teachers, parents and high school students.

Info: Attendees will rotate to their designated session with their group every 45 minutes. Session topics will include: self-care, higher education, self-esteem, mental/emotional health, peer pressure, friendships and team building.
