We’re celebrating three years of Fourchette Red Bank in the most delicious way: with a special cheese counter takeover by Emilia D'Albero.Emilia, the first American ever to win gold at the legendary Mondial du Fromage and recipient of the coveted Best Palate Award, will be behind the counter from 11 AM–4 PM on Saturday, March 21, slicing cheeses, pairing bites, sharing stories from the world of cheese, and guiding guests through tastings.
It’s a rare opportunity to meet one of the industry’s most celebrated cheesemongers, taste exceptional cheeses, and celebrate three wonderful years with us in Red Bank.
