About this Event
What stories does your body hold?
Our bodies can be shaped by disability, memory, grief, joy, and everything in between.
In this workshop, explore the connection you have with your body and transform it into a plaster cast you take home in a gentle, supported space.
You’ll then be invited to write a letter to your cast as a way to process, grieve, or thank it.
This process may be confronting. We will go gently, with grounding exercises at the start and end of the session.
All entirely at your own pace. No experience necessary.
Before you arrive:
Come with a part of your body in mind that you’re comfortable applying wet, skin-safe products to.
See you there!
