About this Event
On 7 and 8 November 2025, the 3CL will host a two-day forum at the Valletta Design Cluster, bringing together policy makers, academics, and young people to explore some of the most pressing questions of our digital age.
Centred around three key themes:
- Young People, Digital Citizenship and the Media
- The Multigenerational Workplace in the Age of AI
- Core Skills for the AI Generation
The event is designed to foster meaningful interaction across generations and sectors.
Day One will feature panel discussions where policymakers and academics exchange perspectives on the opportunities and challenges posed by digital transformation, AI, and the evolving world of work.
Day Two will shift the spotlight onto Gen Z, with young participants leading case studies and practical discussions. Here, policy makers and academics take a back seat, listening and reflecting as younger voices shape the debate and outline their vision for the future.
Alongside the main sessions, the event features an exhibition at Spazju Kreattiv, providing an informal space for networking, exchanging ideas, and experiencing creative interpretations of the event’s central themes.Capacity is limited, so we recommend securing your free place early to guarantee participation and avoid disappointment.
