About this Event
A public lecture series hosted by Triple Bottom Brewing, focused on climate and sustainability research and advocacy opportunities in Philadelphia.
Climate, community & conversations is a space for education, engagement, and community building around climate and sustainability challenges. Everyone is welcome to join this conversation, learn about the latest in research and help bring the value of this learning and problem solving out into the community.
This is not your typical lecture – we will talk with one another over sustainable brews and share in fellowship as we work to address the issues you care about.
April
In celebration of Earth Month, we've invited Temple Fox School of Business professor, Todd Schiefling, PhD, to discuss trends in sustainable business and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) reporting. How are corporations and small businesses addressing climate change and integrating sustainable practices? What does that mean for us as consumers of conscience?
We'll also be joined by Emmy Allison of Lift Economy. Todd and Emmy will talk about their work with Philly-based B Labs and B+ Corp and the local sustainable business landscape. Leave with knowledge of critical issues and how you can get involved.
