Step into the magic of the holidays and experience one of Sanford’s most beloved traditions! The 36th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes invites you to celebrate the charm, beauty, and spirit of the season with a self-guided driving tour through some of our city’s most enchanting neighborhoods — Mayfair, Sanford Heights, and the Historic District.
✨ What to Expect
From 12 PM to 9 PM, enjoy a festive journey through a hand-picked selection of beautifully decorated homes, each adorned in its own unique holiday splendor.
From cozy historic cottages to striking modern designs, you’ll discover stunning seasonal décor, architectural treasures, and the timeless charm that makes Sanford shine during the holidays.

Start your day early and visit the Holiday Market in Magnolia Square, open from 9 AM to 4 PM in partnership with Project Sanford.
Browse a curated collection of local artisan goods, festive finds, and delicious holiday treats — perfect for gifting or simply soaking up the spirit of the season.

Begin your day at the Sanford Museum, where you’ll check in and receive your wristband, tour map, and program.
Because homes are located throughout several neighborhoods, driving between locations is recommended.
? Parking is available near each group of homes.
? Walking between neighborhoods is not advised due to distance.
? Golf carts are welcome! (No public transportation provided this year.)

- First check-in: 11:45 AM
- Last check-in: 8:00 PM
Homes close promptly at 9:00 PM.

- $30 per adult
- $15 for children ages 6–12
Wristbands and tour map must be picked up at the Sanford Museum before beginning your tour.
