Maori psychiatrist, advocate and the best-selling author of Aroha, Wawata, Waitohu and E Moko Dear Moko, Dr Hinemoa Elder (Te Aupouri, Ngati Kur?, Te Rarawa, Ngai Takoto and Ngapuhi nui tonu) returns with Ara - a unique exploration of how to think about thinking, rooted in the wisdom of Maori culture. Elder introduces you to a thought process guided by Hinengaro (Maori goddess of the mind) through 23 specific rua into the depths of Papatuanuku and back to the surface.
