Join us for a rejuvenating half-day 333 Wellness Retreat in the scenic surroundings of Griffith Park. This monthly gathering is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and nature through a series of mindful and immersive practices. Our retreat blends gentle yoga, meditation, journaling, a guided nature walk, sound bath, and a tea tasting. All activities are led by instructors who share a passion for holistic living.

Whether youโ€™re new to wellness practices or a seasoned practitioner, youโ€™ll be welcomed into a supportive environment that encourages exploration and growth at your own pace. Our intention is to provide a serene space for self-discovery, stress relief, and community-building. Come ready to relax, reflect, and leave feeling refreshed and inspired.



Important Details


Location: We will all meet at the base of Cedar Grove Trail in Griffith Park (2650 N Commonwealth Ave.) and then hike up to Cedar Grove together. Parking can be found on N Commonwealth Ave just before the Los Angeles Recreation & Parks map location.

Parking: Plenty of free street parking available on N Commonwealth Ave.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and weather
  • Journal/notebook and pen for writing
  • Water bottle (hydration is key!)
  • Optional: Extra snacks or a picnic lunch (weโ€™ll provide light snacks and tea)

Skill Level: No prior experience needed; all activities are meant for beginner to advanced participants alike.

Weather: Griffith Park is outdoors, so please watch for weather updates. We will notify you via email if rescheduling is necessary due to inclement conditions.

Registration: Space is limited for an intimate group experience. Reserve your spot early to ensure availability.

  • Shinrin-Yoku: Forest Bathing: Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Griffith Park as we walk and engage with our senses by moving slowly and mindfully, listening to the sounds of nature, observing the sights, such as trees, flowers, and wildlife, smelling the fresh air and earthy scents, and touching the bark of trees, leaves, and soil.
  • Journaling & Reflection: Explore prompts and free-writing exercises designed to encourage self-awareness, goal setting, and personal growth.
  • Community & Connection: Enjoy friendly conversations, healthy snacks, and supportive interactions with like-minded individuals who value well-being and self-care.
  • Closing Circle: Conclude with an uplifting group reflection, sharing insights and intentions to carry forward into daily life.

Welcome & Introduction

Info: We will meet at the base of the mountain (2650 N Commonwealth Ave.) to introduce the event and lay out the plan for the day, then walk up the path (~15 minutes) to the scenic Cedar Grove location.

Sound Bath & Tea Tasting

Info: The group will be guided to the location and immediately be greeted with the soothing frequencies of a sound bath. There will be ample time to find a spot to lay your mat, grab some tea and settle in to the environment.

Guided Meditation

Info: Center your mind, learning focused techniques to clear stress and enhance clarity.
