It’s that time of year again. We will be hosting our 32nd Annual Crawfish Boil on Saturday, May 9th from 3:00 until we kick the last person out.Our friends over at Brazos Valley Brewing Company(www.brazosvalleybeer.com) will again be providing some excellent beer so please look for them when you are making your next beer purchase!
Activities will include horseshoes, pool, cornhole, basketball, etc.
Menu:
Plenty of crawfish with buckets of butter and garlic
Brisket
Smoked Ribs
Cajun ribs and chicken(boiled in the crawfish pot, sprinkled with secret spices, then finished off on the grill)
Bacon wrapped, cream cheese stuffed jalapenos
Best chicken wings in Texas
Gumbo
Maybe some seafood bisque if I can swing it
We will have a frying station for some amazing onion rings, okra, and other goodies.
And all the fixins!!!
We will have a moonwalk for the kiddos!
