About this Event
This one-night-only dining experience tells the story of how FretFree Kitchen’s owner, Victoria Palan, got her start while also celebrating the local farmers and purveyors that have made her journey possible. Chef Victoria Palan is teaming up with Cat Willey and Wil Brawley of Good Time Kitchen to curate an evening of celebrating food, community, and love for everything St. Louis!
Guests will gather around the table to savor a five course St. Louis–inspired menu crafted with thoughtfully sourced ingredients and expertly paired wines from local, family owned winery, Chateau Sainte Genevieve. During each course you will hear from Chef Victoria Palan as well as Chateau Sainte Genevieve's winemaker, Andy Bartek.
