This next chapter is an opportunity to expand your path into a full 500-hour certification, while also stepping more fully into your own personal transformation.
Together, we will explore a richer understanding of yoga and Ayurveda—diving into philosophy and the Yoga Sutras with Becky Deano and Monica, learning to live and teach seasonally through an Ayurvedic lens, and expanding into advanced asana. You will also deepen into Ayurvedic philosophy and practical, integrative tools with Caroline—exploring how to apply these teachings in a way that supports balance, digestion, daily rhythm, and long-term vitality. You will experience mudras with Katherine Quayhagen, Kundalini Kriyas with Lillian Savoie, and the power of chanting with Sri Yantra.
You’ll be guided through restorative yoga, yin yoga, and yoga nidra with Maureen Bradshaw, offering profound tools to support the parasympathetic nervous system. We will also explore preparing Ayurvedic meals, including the six tastes, with JP and Caroline, along with learning how to apply these principles in everyday life through food, digestion, and mindful nourishment.

Closing Weekend & Graduation Ceremony:

Over the course of seven retreat-inspired weekends, you’ll step into a deeper layer of study, practice, and self-discovery—gaining clarity, confidence, and a more expansive ability to serve others.

This 300-hour training may be combined with your 200-hour certification to complete your 500-hour pathway. This training can also stand on its own for those who feel called to deepen their knowledge and personal practice without a prior 200-hour certification.
