The truth is, you don’t need hours to meditate. Most of us don’t have that kind of time anyway. And let’s be honest - the mind doesn’t always want to stop talking.
What we truly need is simplicity.
In this 30-minute guided meditation, you’ll slow down, ground yourself, and reconnect with your Heart Space - the part of you that has never been separate from Spirit. The part of you that remembers you are One with Everything.
Listening to a guided voice helps gently quiet the “monkey mind,” making it easier to experience that peace you’ve been looking for.
