Curious about Pilates but not ready to commit to $30–40 studio classes? Join my 30-minute men’s mat session for less than the price of lunch at the beautiful Lake Shore Park! Get a full body workout designed to build strength, mobility, and control, without the commitment of a big studio. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this class is perfect for all levels. Limited spots of up to 5, so you will get personalized attention. Grab your mat and let's do it! (Mats are not provided, but exercises can still be done on the grass or on a beach towel)
