Water, Fascia & the Intelligence of the BodyAn October Gardens 6 weeks challenge
At birth, the human body is nearly 90% water. Over time, we slowly lose this inner ocean, often experiencing stiffness, fatigue, and disconnection as a result. This challenge invites us to return to the body’s natural state of fluidity by exploring the vital relationship between water, fascia, and movement.
Fascia—the connective tissue that weaves through every muscle, organ, and system—relies on hydration to remain supple and responsive. When well-hydrated, fascia allows for ease, resilience, and efficient communication throughout the body. Through gentle, intentional movement, breath, and rest, we can reawaken this internal flow.
We will also explore the intelligence of water—how water carries information, responds to rhythm and environment, and supports the body’s innate capacity to heal and adapt. Attention will be given to the importance of fresh, clean water and simple, accessible ways to improve daily hydration so water can be absorbed and utilized at the cellular level.
This challenge blends education, embodied practice, and quiet reflection. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of hydration as a living process—one that involves not only what we drink, but how we move, breathe, and care for ourselves.
All bodies and levels are welcome.
