In this deeply restful Yoga Nidra, we’ll foster inner warmth, self-compassion, and emotional softening.
Through guided relaxation and imagery, you’ll be invited to soften the body, quiet the mind, and listen for the subtle wisdom that lives beneath habit, expectation, and “shoulds.”
This is not about fixing or striving — it’s about remembering what feels true.
Come rest. Reorient. And leave feeling grounded, clear, and gently aligned.
Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that takes you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where deep healing and relaxation occur.
You are encouraged to dress in comfy clothing and invited to bring a favorite blanket and pillow. We will also provide props to create a cozy yoga nidra nest for you.
Eat a light meal prior to practice and consider bringing a journal to jot down revelatory information that surfaces.
Tea will be served after practice to give you additional time to quietly reflect after your journey.
