About this Event
30° Frozen in Heritage: A Liberian Winter Runway” is a groundbreaking fashion experience that merges the elegance of winter fantasy with the vibrant cultural pride of Liberia. Curated by Bettina Wadé Luxury Boutique LLC in collaboration with Canon Shooter, this signature event celebrates three powerful milestones: the designer’s 30th birthday, three years of boutique excellence, and a tribute to her Liberian ancestry that continues to inspire her artistry and brand identity.
The runway unfolds through a series of captivating scenes that highlight the richness of Africa, collections will tell a story of royalty, resilience, and heritage. More than a showcase, this event embodies legacy, empowerment, and the beauty of cultural preservation through high fashion.
In addition to its creative mission, 30° Frozen in Heritage proudly stands as a philanthropic endeavor. A portion of proceeds and sponsorship support will benefit The John and Minnie Wulu Foundation, dedicated to enhancing educational access for Liberian youth. Contributions will specifically aid the Richard M. Nixon Institute in Monrovia, Liberia, a historic school founded by the designer’s grandparents to nurture future generations.
Through this event, a bridge is formed between fashion and purpose—inviting audiences to witness a celebration of heritage, artistry, and giving back to the roots that inspired it all.
