We have a new intro course starting on Tuesday evenings in September.The goal of this course is to give you an introduction to key elements of physical self-defence training, using the reality-based self-defence system Krav Maga.
You will learn:
- Situational awareness and de-escalation
- Managing distance
- Dealing with common types of attacks
- Striking effectively
- Mindset: controlled aggression and determination
- Becoming a hard target
We have a limited number of spaces available in our classes and are looking for 10 new beginners who want to join our friendly and dedicated community.
We are looking for people who want to learn effective self-defence skills, expand their comfort zone and challenge themselves based on their own individual starting point. All part of a supportive and welcoming group, where people help each other progress and reach new goals.
