About this Event

For those with flying experience who are looking to improve their flexibility, strength & flying skills. We are closed on Saturday 15th February so there is no session on this date.

We will open the door at the start time of the event to let athletes in. Please note, once you are checked into this session and come into the gym, there is no front of house open during this time for guests/parents to wait.

We ask that you bring water in a named bottle, all jewellery is removed or taped up, hair is out of the face in a style that will last the duration of the session, you wear comfortable, sporting clothes along with bare feet or cheer shoes. Brave apparel can be bought from our on site pro shop, but neither the apparel or cheer shoes are compulsory. Our 'Cheer Shoe Recommendation' document can be found on the homepage of our website. We recommend outdoor shoes that can be slipped on and off rather than lace up shoes to avoid congestion.

Please ensure ALL items brought to Brave are clearly named, any lost property that is not named is disposed of at the end of each night.

Due to the positive and relaxed culture at Brave, we implement a closed session policy. We find this helps participants to feel at ease and confident to step outside their comfort zone to progress. If you require any feedback on your child's progress or have any questions please speak to the person on the front desk.

Please use the parking bays provided to the side and back of the premises, depending on the time of day there may also be roadside parking. Please avoid parking in the neighbouring businesses spaces whilst they are open.
