About this Event

This March, Dr Jeff Yadlosky (Chiropractor) is hosting a three-part wellness seminar series focused on empowering everyday health choices, starting with a deep dive into how modern lifestyle choices are driving sickness and disease and what steps we can to take to get well and stay well.

Chronic health issues are on the rise—and it’s affecting everyday Australians.

  • In Australia, 43% of people will develop cancer in their lifetime
  • 66% of adults are overweight or living with obesity
  • Only 4.2% of adults met fruit & vegetable recommendations in 2022
  • Just 23.9% of adults are meeting physical activity guidelines
  • In 2022, 14% of adults experienced high or very high psychological distress

Good nutrition is a central piece of the puzzle.

Join Dr Jeff Yadlosky for the 3 Part Empowerment Seminar series, Wednesday 6.00pm – 7.00pm starting March 18, where you will learn:

  • Wednesday – April 1st at 6.00pm
    Exercises for a Strong, Flexible Body and Mind

These sessions are built for people who want detail, not fluff. Session one you will learn how poor health has almost nothing to do with bad genes or bad luck and everything to do with modern lifestyle. Session 2 focuses on nutrition and eating to fuel the body, with simple frameworks for everyday choices. The last session will look at strength, flexibility & cardiovascular fitness as well as real strategies to manage stress and anxiety.

A quick note about Dr Jeff: he is a chiropractor who enjoys translating health research into practical steps for real life, and he is passionate about helping people build habits that fit their busy weeks.

If you’ve been meaning to reset a few habits, this series gives you clear steps and the reasoning behind them. You do not need to be “fit” or eat perfectly to join in. Come as you are, bring your questions, and leave with a plan you can actually use.
