On Mondays, January 5-26 in the Community Room at ERUUF (Eno river Unitarian, Universalist Fellowship) at 4907 Garrett Rd. Level 1 has a focus on 6 count Lindy at 6:15, level 2 at 7:15, and Level 3 at 8:15. Four 1 hour classes $60(4 consecutive classes within a month); $17 for adrop in. I take Zelle, cash or check. For Level 1, there are 3 different months which rotate every month, with a 6 count focus, with an 8 count focus and with a Lindy Charleston focus. All three of these months make up the different areas in basic Lindy. You can do any of the 3 different months of Level 1 with no previous dance experience. For Level 2, a basic knowledge of 6 count, 8 count , and Lindy Charleston or the 3 different months of Level 1. For Level 3 at least 9 months of Lindy are required.
No partner is necessary!

This is Dawn Hampton, and judging by my hair and leopard skin vest, from the early 90s. She was an incredibly musical dancer who hit every nuance in the music. I was lucky to dance with her in various spots over the years and to play and sing with her at the Lindy Camp in Herräng. Sweden.
Dawn passed in September of 2016, but her legacy carries on in the Lindyhoppers whose lives she touched. Google Dawn and look on Youtube to catch a glimpse of this wonderful woman. I also have stories to tell if you catch me out after a dance!
