Hello, I am Teresa, the Creatrix of Rising Sovereign, LLC.

I am a Somatic Practitioner with an Advanced Certification from the Institute of Core Energetics; A Certified Women’s Temple Group Facilitator with Awakening Women; An ordained interfaith minister and am Reiki Level I and II Practitioner. I also trained with The Academy for Soul Based Coaching.

I am passionate about holding brave spaces for women in midlife who are committed to bringing their gifts to the world for their personal and collective healing.

I am here to hold space for you to unlearn, dismantle and clear away old beliefs, so that you may have a deeper experience of your authentic self and create a life that you love and is in deep alignment with who you are and serves a greater purpose. I believe in your wholeness and that all the answers are within you. I am just here to hold space for your evolution.

I guide women’s groups, workshops, offer personalized coaching programs, and create community through virtual and in person events.

My work is a synthesis of the tools I have learned from the Institute of Core Energetics, The Academy for Soul Based Coaching and from the Wisdom School at Awakening Women. I also bring over 25 years of experience working with the body as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
