The Practice

- Holistic Rhythm: From sunrise Tibetan prostrations to evening sound healing and restorative Shavasana.
Daily Experience
Morning: Awakening the Body & Mind
- Tibetan Prostrations: A physical practice to cultivate humility and build internal heat.
- Sunrise Meditation: Greet the day with silent stillness to set a calm intention.
- Energizing Hatha Yoga: A balanced flow to open the body and prepare it for seated meditation.
Midday: Mindful Integration
- Sustenance: Enjoy nutritious vegetarian meals served in mindful silence.
- Nature Immersion: Guided or personal walks by Gull Lake to practice "meditation in motion" amidst the trees.
Afternoon: Deepening the Inner Journey
- Pranayama: Breathwork techniques to harmonize your nervous system and expand lung capacity.
- Sound Healing: Therapeutic sound vibrations to release deep-seated tension.
- Reflection: Time for personal journaling and contemplative silence to process your transformation.
Evening: Restorative Closure
- Walking Meditation: Slow, rhythmic movement to integrate mindfulness into every step.
- Communal OM Chanting: Group chanting to create a collective vibration and sense of unity.
- Restorative Shavasana: A deep relaxation practice to integrate the day's physical and mental work.
Practical Information
Meals: Two wholesome vegetarian meals daily, with fruit snacks provided.
