3-Day Sparring Camp

Get ready to sharpen your skills at our 3-Day Sparring Camp with the amazing Coach Mehdi Bibak, Farzan Ashourzadeh, Master Arman Yeremyan, and Edward Warzhapetian ! Join us on May 29-31, 2026 for an action-packed session. The camp will be held at 19860 Nordhoff Pl, Chatsworth, CA. Whether you're a beginner or looking to level up, this is the perfect chance to train hard and have fun. Don’t miss out on this awesome in-person event!

Info: Meet and Greet - This session is where athletes and parents get a first look at what's ahead. We'll walk you through the training structure, expectations, and key focus areas - from tactical sparring strategies to mindset and competition preparation. More than just an introduction, we will set the tone: focused, high-level, and built for serious growth. We will also doing stretches and paddle drills.

Info: A full day of high-level development - starting off with conditioning, then developing ring awareness, control and strategy. After a well deserved lunch break, the day finishes with high-level tactical and technical drills designed to sharpen decision-making in real sparring situations.

Info: We will finish off the camp/seminar by going over the rules and learning how to use them strategically, followed by Daedo (Gen 3) sparring to apply everything we have learned in a live, competition-style setting.
