From Friday, April 25th to Monday, April 28th, 2025, we invite you to join a three-day retreat in the Ardennes, Belgium. Step away from your daily routine, recharge both mentally and physically, and return feeling refreshed and energized. Whether you’re experienced with meditation or just beginning, the structured sessions and the calming natural environment will help you reset.
Location and Accommodation
The retreat will be held in a modern, comfortable holiday home in the Ardennes, approximately 2.5 to 3 hours’ drive from the Randstad. The quiet, spacious setting offers the perfect environment to unwind and clear your mind.
Travel: Transportation is not included. After registration, you’ll be added to a WhatsApp group where you can connect with other participants to arrange carpooling or share travel options.

Friday, April 25
- Late morning arrival

- Free time: Settle in, explore the surroundings, or take a moment for yourself.

Saturday, April 26 & Sunday, April 27
- Morning meditation (on an empty stomach)

Monday, April 28
- Morning meditation (on an empty stomach)

- Packing and departure: Late morning departure.
House Guidelines
- No electronic devices: Disconnect fully by avoiding phone and device use during the retreat.
- Silence during meals and meditation: Stay focused on the experience; conversations can happen outside of these moments.
- Participation: Attendance at all activities is required to create a cohesive group experience (exceptions for illness).
- Morning sessions: Please refrain from eating solid food before the morning meditation—tea, coffee, or water is fine.
