3 Day First Aid at Work CourseEquip yourself with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to respond effectively in medical emergencies at the workplace. This comprehensive three-day training covers essential first aid techniques, from treating minor injuries to handling life-threatening situations before professional help arrives.
What you’ll learn:
- The role of a first aider and legal responsibilities
- CPR and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Managing unconscious casualties and recovery positions
- Treating wounds, bleeding, burns, and fractures
- Recognising and responding to medical conditions such as heart attacks, strokes, and seizures
- Workplace-specific first aid scenarios and risk management
Course format:A blend of interactive theory sessions, hands-on practical exercises, and scenario-based training, led by experienced instructors.
Certification:Successful participants will receive a nationally recognised First Aid at Work certificate, valid for 3 years, in compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
