The Access Body Class, created by Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer, is facilitated by Certified Body Class Facilitators.The class explores verbal processes and hands-on bodywork designed to unlock tension, resistance, and dis-ease by dynamically shifting energy in the body.
