EMCEE - SHANN CARR
Shann Carr counts herself lucky for her ridiculously enjoyable 40-year career as a comedian, headlining on over 100 queer cruises and thousands of queer events world-wide. She is a true a community builder, creating events that bring diverse organizations, businesses and people together, to collaborate and connect for real ~ through fun. “Making Fun” is her company, Worldwide Whimsy’s slogan, and her recent, city-wide Lip Sync Battles and Art in the Park in the Dark festivals have been especially successful in excitedly engaging all kinds of Coachella Valley residents in her mission.

Marisa is a powerhouse!! She is a multi-talented vocalist, pianist, and songwriter. She has made her mark here in the desert with her various shows at numerous venues throughout the Coachella Valley. Marisa rose to prominence after appearing on The 11th Season of American Idol. She was also on The Voice Season 19 on Team Kelly. Her overarching ambition is to empower people through her gift. Marisa has toured across the US with icons such as Diane Warren, Gloria Estefan, Stevie Wonder, Vanessa Carlton, and The Jonas Brothers.
Based in LA and Palm Springs, MODGIRL is a music and dancing machine. Celebrated for her euphoric presence, retro look and high-vibed sets, she takes no prisoners on the dance floor. A resident on KGAY Radio, MODGIRL plays regularly at top clubs, pool parties, tea dances and at Acrisure Arena, where she's played the pre-show for the Madonna Celebration Tour, Harry Styles Love On Tour, Janet Jackson's Together Again Tour and Cyndi Lauper's Farewell Tour. She has performed for thousands at various Prides, festivals, and red-carpet events.
