2•2•2 Firehorse Ignition
This is not a workshop.
It’s a crossing.
We open in ceremony with Mama Cacao, honoring her in the traditional way, heart open, body listening, spirit present.
Cacao softens the edges so the truth can move.
She reminds the heart it is safe to feel again.
From there, we descend.
Not into chaos, but into clean rage.
The kind that clears.
The kind that’s been living in the jaw, the hips, the cells.
The kind that doesn’t make you dangerous—only honest.
This is a rage release ritual designed to welcome what has been silenced, suppressed, swallowed.
Anger as medicine.
Fire as intelligence.
Nothing forced.
Everything invited.
Once the fire moves, we breathe.
Vanessa will guide you into deep, conscious breathwork to flush the residue from the nervous system, to let the body complete what it never got to finish.
Then comes the alchemy.
A full sound bath + vocal transmission, guided by Alison, her voice weaving peace, joy, love, and abundance back into the space.
Sound doesn’t erase what moved.
It transforms it.
Throughout the journey, Vanessa will be moving through the room offering shamanic Reiki, supporting the body at the cellular level, helping the system trust its own release.
This is initiation.
This is firehorse energy, forward-moving, sovereign, alive.
This is death and rebirth without story.
You don’t need fixing.
You don’t need more insight.
You need space to shed what you’ve outgrown.
