Join us at Wiseguy Lounge Baxter Ave for a guided tasting featuring 2XO Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, the award-winning brand created by renowned blender Dixon Dedman.
2XO stands for Two Times Oak, a blending technique pioneered by Dixon where each expression receives additional oak exposure after blending. This extra interaction with oak enhances sweetness and complexity, balancing the spice from rye-heavy mash bills and creating bold, layered whiskey profiles.
During this tasting, guests will explore four expressions from the Oak Series and Icon Series while learning about Dixon’s blending philosophy and the unique Two Times Oak process.
Each guest will also enjoy a slice of Goodfellas pizza and one of our famous breadsticks during the tasting.
Swag, tasting mats, and brand materials will also be provided.
