Join us for Second Sundays, a monthly gathering of rest, renewal, and reconnection through the healing practices of mindful breathwork and sound bathing.
In today’s fast-paced world, slowing down is a radical act of self-preservation. This experience invites you to pause, breathe deeply, and be fully present in community. You’ll be gently guided through calming breathwork to settle the nervous system, followed by a deeply immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments.
