2nd Saturday Free Cooking Demonstrations

We'll taste test a new recipe, share healthy eating tips, and talk about the health benefits of foods. Participants will receive a recipe and handouts. Class is from 11 AM - 12 PM every month, except December. All are welcome. Materials provided by TFHC, the USDA-NRCS, and WellFed Community.
